2023 has been an incredibly difficult year for me but it has been an insightful journey learning how to navigate the various challenges and gaining a better understanding of myself in the process with Jackie's guidance and help. Thank you for creating a safe space for open conversations and providing gentle yet firm guidance to help me move forward with a healthier state of mind.
I was unsure what I want, what I need as I started accepting the reality of the upcoming loss of my most treasured dream job. I signed up with Jackie and was concerned that she might just brush me off and ask me to move forward and look forward. Instead, she taught me the skills to look within myself, how to make decisions on my own and be able to reconcile with my decisions. She gave me the safe space to release those deep emotions within me so that I can now continue to move forward for my future. Thank you Jackie for being my shining torch in the darkness and holding hands with me to bring me out of that darkness.
I found myself in the lowest part of my life, having lost my job and seeking clarity. Over the course of two months, I reached out to Jackie for support. Throughout our sessions, she demonstrated patience, allowing me the space to articulate my feelings. I am grateful for her perspectives and guidance, which helped me gain insight into myself and better understand my situation.
My sessions with Jackie have helped me get more clarity into my situation and more importantly my biases, fears and patterns which influence my response to these situations. What I appreciate Jackie for is not only the tremendous patience she shows while you try to articulate your problems, but at the same time, she very gently challenges you and holds a mirror to your mindsets which make you question your assumptions.
Working on the "wounded" part felt a sense of relieve, the final release of the younger part. It feels lighter too. It's a game changer.
I no longer have sleeping problems as compared to a year ago, so that's a great thing! Will remember to breathe when things get hard too! Thank you Jackie once again for enlightening me and got me started on this self-reflection and self awareness journey ☺
You have been the pillar of support through the final phase of ... campus life. I wouldn’t beable to get out of the worst of my condition if it weren’t for you. I am truly grateful for it. I was able to come to terms that I may have to deal with my mental health for life. You have provided me ways to be able to, metaphorically speaking, tame the beasts inside my mind. ☺ With a clearer mind empowered by the knowledge on how to deal with my condition, I will move forward and do my best from here on.

It has been almost a month since last time we met, and I greatly appreciate your time and how you’ve supported me on this journey to getting better. I’m starting to meditate everyday, and my panic attack was also reduced since the last time we met. Thanks to you, I have made much progress than before... From deep breathing, to some yoga, to having a study plan and making my studying environment a conducive one, they all worked well... You can surely lift a person up no matter what! You're made for this job to touch students' live... may you continue to touch, inspire and help other students to see the light at the end of the tunnel
I’ve been trying to communicate a little more openly with my parents about having healthier boundaries… i’ve been enjoying classes regularly and honestly it feels really empowering. I’ve been enjoying school a lot more and it’s helped with how I feel about myself as well.
Some days will be good while some days feeling a bit more anxious than usual especially when I didn’t hit target for the day but it usually goes away when I step away and try to make myself feel more grounded by breathing... but thankfully I no longer have sleeping problems as compared to a year ago, so that’s a great thing! Will remember to breathe when things get hard too! I guess I'm learning to be less affected by words of others, as long as I know I'm doing my part... I don't have to care about what others have to say about me or feel lousy about it.

I just wanted to personally thank you for being such an integral part of my 2021 journey. Thank you for your time, your guidance and being with me through some really tough times. I hope 2022 is wonderful to you and brings you peace, prosperity and love in the ways you have done so for others 🙂
Jackie has helped me cope and manage my thoughts and emotions during a very difficult time. She had been nothing short of encouraging and helpful for the past 2-3 months we have been in contact on a biweekly basis and helped me see things about myself that I did not notice. Though I might still find it difficult to become the person I aspire to be, I will continue trying. Thank you Jackie!
If anyone of you is resistant to seeking help or have any other considerations, i can assure you that the sessions with Jackie are private and confidential. You get to decide whatever information you want to reveal or none at all to the people around you. Sometimes all you need is a listening ear. Sometimes what you need is advice from an adult that has experienced life. I find her sessions to be helpful for me, even if it’s just another person out there that understands your situation. It’s better to seek help early cause you don’t want your problems to snowball. Before you give up, give it a try, I promise you it’ll help.
There is nothing to fear about seeking guidance or counselling if you feel that you need someone to talk to, or if you feel very stressed or having other concerns. through Jackie’s sessions, I’ve learnt to focus my energy on testing solutions rather than fretting, along with other mindfulness techniques, deep breathing & understanding the relationships between thoughts, feelings & behavior
Thank you for always being so welcoming and encouraging, and for all the faith you have in me despite me having so much doubt about myself! Your encouragements always motivate me to push harder and I am extremely thankful.
